3. Sharing Information

WE DO NOT SELL YOUR DATA.

Here are the ways we share your information and why we share it.

With third-party service providers & third-party integrations: We may share your information with our integrated partners and service providers who provide services to Us, such as website hosting, data analysis, payment processing services, order fulfillment, information technology and related infrastructure provision, customer service, email delivery, credit card processing, auditing and other similar services.

In general, the third-party providers used by Us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party services providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transaction.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

We currently use payment processors as a third-party service for internet-based payments. If you wish to make a payment to Athletic Attorneys, your personal information may be collected by such third-parties directly and not by us, and will be subject to the third-party's privacy policy.

We have no control over, and are not responsible for, third-parties' collection, use and disclosure of your personal information.

Remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or Us. If you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then you information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

When required by law, to prevent, harm, or in the public interest: We may preserve, use, share, or disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to:

(a) comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or government request;

(b) protect the safety of any person, protect the safety or integrity of our platform, including to help prevent spam, abuse, or malicious actors on Our Services;

(c) address fraud, security, or technical issues; or

(d) protect our rights or property (including enforcing Our Terms of Service), or the rights or property of those who use Our Services.

In the context of a corporate transaction: If Athletic Attorneys is involved in a sale or business transaction (e.g. merger or acquisition), We will retain a legitimate interest in disclosing or transferring your information to other parties in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or a portion of Our business, assets or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings), including any negotiations leading to such. Such parties may include, for example, an acquiring or target entity and its advisors. The new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Privacy Policy, be permitted to use your information for the purposes for which it was supplied by you.
